Watch repair

Take a moment to fill out the watch repair form, please include your contact information along with a description of the watch and problem your having. One of our expert repair specialists will contact you with a repair quote.

If you're satisfied with the repair quote you can request a watch repair kit to be sent out to you. This kit will be shipped out immediately and will include a pre-paid, fully insured air bill along with packing materials to get your watch safely to our office. When you receive the watch repair kit simply package up your watch following the instructions included in the kit.

Once your watch is packaged you can drop it off at any FedEx hub or FedEx retail location.

Immediately upon receipt of your watch our expert staff will diagnose to confirm the quoted service and check to see if any other services are need. If other services are required we will contact you immediately with a quote (no service will be performed until you give approval). If you decide not to perform one or all services we will ship your watch back to you immediately at no charge to you.
